My name is Chloe Cumming and I am a painter.

I would like everyone to enjoy their visit here on my website because if my pictures can't communicate joy, I don't know why I'm doing this. In making these paintings visible on this website I'm afraid that some of the physical richness of seeing the surface in front of you has to be sacrificed, but I hope that there's enough in the onscreen images to still show a fragment of the optimistic intent woven into their making.

If, on having looked around and finding that you like something, you decide that you would like to buy a picture, there are a few different options which you can see if you read the notes for buyers. You can also haggle with me if you're really keen, there's even a special button for this purpose, which perhaps makes it less intimidating. Thirdly, you could contact me and ask about the specific picture/s that interest you. You'll find I'm terribly friendly.
